What I learnt in my Tech Career📕

We all experience the dreaded rejection at least once in a lifetime. It is a tough challenge for all of us. It is imperative to handle your interview rejection positively.

A interview rejection always teaches you something about yourself, which you need to understand and try to improvise yourself.

  • Always be yourself.
  • Be confident.
  • Being able to identify your Weaknesses is a Strength.
  • Ask more questions.
  • There is always room for improvement.
  • Be more than just a piece of paper.
  • Sometimes, rejection is a blessing in disguise.

So, give yourself time to be upset about a job rejection but don’t stay there. Get back up💃 and start looking at your strengths and areas to improve. Work to develop your skillset and use your strengths to your advantage. By taking the time to hone your skills, you will be better prepared to blow away your competition and land the role you always wanted.

👩We all need to take inspiration from the words of Grace Murray Hopper, the American computer scientist, who said: “A ship in port is safe, but that is not what ships are for. Sail out to sea and do new things.”
